How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You must bring a printout with you when you visit The 417 Project. Your ticket is per rider and you will be issued with a wristband. You can bring as many bikes as you like.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

Do I have to bring my membership card?

Yes! If you don’t have your membership card on you, you will have to pay full price on the day.

What will my ticket include?

Please make sure you book the correct ticket.  Flyup Ltd will not take any responsibly for incorrect dates, tickets purchased.

Do you offer bike hire?

Yes we do! 

Do I have to pre-book a ticket or can I just turn up on the day?

If you are wanting to purchase the unlimited ticket then we do recommend that you book your session in advance to avoid disappointment as there are only set number of spaces available on the day.

You are more than welcome to just turn up on the day (subject to availablity).

Do you issue refunds?

IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR BOOKING - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF THESE BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!!! DONT BE SURPRISED WHEN WE STICK TO OUR T&C's

To try and be as fair as we can to our customers we give you the opportunity to transfer your booking/credit note/voucher to another date free of charge up to 8 days before your uplift day. 

In the 8 days before your booking and up to 2 full days before your booking it can be changed to another date or you can have a credit to use another time and will be subject to a £10 per rider admin charge.

Within the 2-day period before your booking we are unable to transfer any bookings to another date or do a refund. Your booking will be subject to full cancellation charges. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN YOU BOOK! There are no exceptions to this rule!\

Will all the riding areas be open everyday?

The 4X, Dual Slalom and outdoor Dirt Jumps are open from around April - October as they are weather dependent. Please note that during the summer months if the weather is bad they are subject to close.  As we cant control the weather - We cannot guarantee these will be open on your riding day 

We may also from time to time have to close some of the trails for essential maintenance – please check all signage.

How will the Annual Membership work?

When you purchase your membership you will have the option to have the card sent to you by post or you can opt to collect your card on the day of your visit. When you purchase your membership you will be given a membership number. You will need to input this number at the time of booking to apply your membership discount.

On the day of your visit you MUST produce your membership card at the office. No membership card = Paying the additional amount to come in!!!!!!

Do you do group discounts?

We do offer group discounts for groups of 12 or more. If you are organising a group or Hen/Stag party call 01452 864036 for more information.

What if the weathers bad?

Rain does not effect our uplift service and we will not close the facility - you have to except you may just get wet!  Please note - if we do get summer rain the 4X, Dual Slalom and outdoor Dirt Jumps may be subject to close.

If we experiance lightening we will stop the uplift and we will ask everyone to come off the hillside until the storm passes.

Generally we will still operate the uplift in windy conditions however if we are forecast gales this may force the uplift to close.

If we have snow we will let customers know if we will still be open. Please ensure you give the correct Phone Number/email address at the time of booking.

Is there a booking fee?

Our online booking system is powered by Digitickets. There is a 50p Non refundable booking fee charged by Digitickets to book via the web. Any bookings made via the office will not be charged a booking fee.
